When you use the App, we may collect:
- Account Information: Your name, phone number, birthday, and account creation date.
- Profile Information: Avatar customization and (if you choose) a profile photo.
- Loyalty & Rewards Data: Points earned/spent, rewards redeemed, and points history.
- Referral Data: Referral codes and referral connections (who referred whom) used to award bonus points.

Receipt Scanning Data: Receipt images you submit, and receipt details extracted/validated from those images
(such as order number, total, purchase date/time), plus validation results (for example, duplicate/tampering checks).

Device & Technical Data: Device information and identifiers (for example, device model, iOS version, and
a device identifier used for anti-fraud), and diagnostic/usage information.
- Network Data: IP address and related signals used to help protect the service and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Notification Data: Push notification token(s) and your notification preferences.
- Preferences: Dietary/taste preferences you choose to share.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Manage your loyalty rewards and points balance
- Provide app features, including receipt scanning and reward redemptions
- Provide personalized recommendations and improve the App experience
- Process reward redemptions
- Send account and rewards-related notifications (if enabled)
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Maintain, debug, and improve our services
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google): For secure authentication and data storage

OpenAI: For AI-powered features such as receipt analysis and other assistance. For example, when you submit a
receipt for scanning, your receipt image and related context may be processed to extract and validate receipt details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing or
advertising purposes based on your activity in the App.
Data Security
We take your privacy seriously:
- All data is transmitted using secure encryption (HTTPS)
- Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled databases
- We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information
No system is 100% secure. Please use the App responsibly and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as necessary to provide the App and operate the loyalty program. If you request account
deletion, we will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, subject to limited exceptions.
For example, we may retain certain records for longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our
agreements, or help prevent fraud and abuse (such as receipt and transaction history used to investigate misuse).
Data is stored and processed using services (including Firebase and OpenAI) that operate in the United States and other
jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing.
Your Rights
You have control over your data:
- Access: View your information in the app at any time
- Update: Modify your preferences and dietary information
- Delete: Delete your account through the app’s “Delete Account” feature
- Notifications: Control notification preferences in the App settings

Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
